As age progresses, we will notice multiple manifestations of illnesses in our body. It's said that children and elderly are the most vulnerable. Maybe true but in between is not immune though. Even if you have these health routines, you still experience at some point and it’s just normal. It may no longer normal when these manifestations do not went away over time, stay a bit longer, or keep on recurring. We’re easy to resort on home remedy and first aid but when anything is in doubt or unbearable, it’s the time to make a quick trip to the doctor of medicines. It’s an additional expenses but I think nobody wants to live in pain.
How do you manage pain and discomfort?

True when I was young I would always wonder why my grandma would always complain about feeling pain here and there. She just woke up and yet she seemed to be in pain always. Even stretching is no good for her. Now that I am in my age where gaining weight is easier than losing it I can understand what my grandma was complaining about.

You have already seen my response--the post and all my meds!
Actually I have very little pain and/or discomfort maybe because I take those meds and/or live a lot healthier than I did the first 60 years of my life.

I wonder how we were able to smile despite the situation but life must go on.
