Guy puts up an ad to find a girl

I wonder if he found the girl by now. It seems all cheezy and sweet though. Basically, the guy met a cute girl who offered to share her umbrella when they were lining up for voting and they chatted a bit. After that the guy couldn't get the girl out of her head and decided to post an ad to find her. Sounds like a movie link below:
