You know sometimes I think its Highway robbery what an electric company charges if a persons is late. I really never payed much attention to how much the late fee was because I always try to pay it on time. Mine is always due by the 3rd, so I was looking at the bill again to see what the amount is. I was surprised to how much it would be if paid after due date. The amount charged on my bill was over $10, so I looked at the month before and it was over $13, so I flipped the bill over and seen they charge a penalty of 5%. Just think of how much money a light company is making a month off just late fee penalties then! Like I said, that's like highway robbery! But what can do, nothing! I'll just make sure I keep paying my bill on time!
