This maybe a sign of progress but I won’t tell if it is already a sign of memory loss.
Recently, I noticed that remembering things quickly has slight difference unlike during my younger years. There are times that it took me some minutes to remember things that I have in mind and forgotten later. Some of it are even remembered when I already doing other things.
It also happens when I want to write particular phrase and description but the ideas went totally missing.
I believed that it’s not at the alarming level yet but forgetfulness sometimes challenges my memory to work hard. Maybe, I need some mental exercises to maintain my memory’s sharpness.
It would be very difficult to function daily if a person’s memory is already in tremendous loss.
It’s frightening just like any loss of other body parts and vital organs.

Do you at some point experience the same?
How did you maintain your memory to stay sharp?3 people like this

I can relate to that. I also am experiencing same dilemma. Sometimes you have the idea already but you just forgot the appropriate words to use and just scramble for it. When your talking with someone you suddenly stopped because the words just got loss somehow. I guess this is part of getting old.
