Any natural painkillers that you can suggest?

These days I suffer from pain in my heel intermittently, especially my left heel. I need to show doctor to ascertain the cause. Can anyone suggest natural painkillers, I have been drinking a glass of warm milk with a teaspoon of turmeric powder, but that hasn't helped.

Please keep yourself away from internet advises as they may prove harmful! One of the boy lost his life by having over dose of medicines meant for treating the obesity! This was there in yesterday's new paper. Thus it is always better to visit your physician and have the required medicine under his supervision! That is always safe! Thanks!

Perhaps the localized pain caused by a heel spur. I personally think that you need to consult a doctor about this kind of ailment.
