This story will impress a lot of people since Santa Rosa Police Officer Jason Whitten decided to assist a homeless woman who was trapped be her heroin addiction to the point when she gave birth to her child, the child had heroin in her system. Whitten answered the call for assistance by taking the homeless woman to a rehabilitation center where the homeless mom told the officials of the rehabilitation center that Officer Whitten has children and instead of putting her child in a foster home, ask Officer Whitten to adopt her baby girl. On August 30, Jason adopted the baby girl and gave her the name Harlow Maisey Whitten who will be part of Whitten's family. Harlow will be given plenty of love in the Whitten home since she will have three older sisters.
