I was just starting on my vblog and needed to buy a new camera and sets of equipment , can anyone advise me on what are the best equipments out there and what do you use on your vlogging? What is the best part about vlogging?

I am not into blogging right now but I know that to attract readers and visitors, content should be fresh and engaging. Hope it will help

Yeah it is hard to attract people to your blog. You need to find a good niche in your videos. Right now I am concerned about my equipment for blogging. What did you use for vlogging? Maybe you were blogging like creating a website. That is different from video blogging.

I have a Youtube channel for my woodworking. I don't pay enough attention to it because of time constraints, lack of equipment and most of all a bit of laziness. I used what I've got. I've seen one very good channel that was just using the camera on his cell phone (it could shoot decent quality video). I don't think he upgraded that until he had a couple hundred thousand followers. I find the staging and the editing far more difficult than the actual shooting.

@jvincent_129 Don't blame you. I'm just not to that point yet. We bought a camera for mounting on my bicycle but we really don't use it all that much.

Of course the staging and editing would take a lot because that's when you present your videos to the internet. Right now I am using my cellphone but I want to have my camera for vlogging and accessories also.

I bought a camera to do some vlogs but I stopped vlogging because I want to change my camera, at the same time I'm looking for a better SD Card that can record good video quality,
I want to have a camera like what CongTV's using, but I don't have enough money yet to buy those type of camera,

What camera do you have now?
Right now, I just have an action camera and its from China so a little less cheaper than the usual cameras.

@jvincent_129 First camera was - 12 years ago so can't recall what it was! I would say to get the best camera you can, and also the best lenses. The lenses make all the difference and you can vary your filters on them.

Well, you can get some tips from the famous vloggers in the Philippines. As for me, I am following a lot of beauty vloggers like Raiza Contawi and Anne Clutz.

You can start vlogging and just do it for fun. Everything will follow. But of course priority is your job.
