Lies and excuses is all she's got

Do you know someone that just lies to you so much that is starting to make you mad? A few weeks ago I had someone call and ask to borrow some money. She did not have enough money to pay her light bill and if it wasn't paid by the next day, the lights would be turned off. Since I am on a fixed income, I told her the only way I could lend her the money was if she made sure she gave it back the next week. Oh she swore that she would! Three weeks later, I still haven seen a dime! But what makes it so bad is, each time that I talk to her, I get ether excuses or I'll bring your money to you tomorrow. Tomorrow must never come! I think the next time I hear from her, I'm just going to tell her that I don't believe a word you say and when the money is in my hand the I'll believe it.
