Apparently since there are so many types of sharks, there's a lot of differences in how one shark acts from another. Some swim on the ocean floor and bottom feed while others attack sea lions from below the ice and (what was most interesting to me) some filter feed, which is where they swim with their mouths open and collect food, very similar to what I do at an all you can eat buffet.
