In Bhopal, India, cops were finally successful in nabbing a serial killer last week, who has confessed to have killed 33 innocent victims. The serial killer was a busy tailor during the day, and in the night, as he tossed in bed, he was consumed by visions of deadly crimes, which made him switch the needle for an axe.
