Not a Parking Space and Still…

As I take a walk going to the main street (and I’m sure I’m on my right way), there’s this car coming on my way me beeping. The signal indicates that I should move fast because he would park his car. I rolled my eyes towards the driver and walk slowly instead because how dare him beeping at me in such a hurry where it’s not the right area where he could park his car.
It’s neither a car’s thoroughfare nor a parking space.
Good thing he did not hit me.
I’m not considerate at all the times. Sometimes, I need to be tough to remind people.
How do you dealt people like this?

@ZedSmart like this man Padilla who often says he has high blood pressure, evading prison, only to be found out that he throws away the tablets given to him for his high BP.
