Cleveland Police give a bullied teen with special needs a new bicycle

If there is one thing I cannot stand, it is bullies who pick on teenagers who have special needs that ride a bicycle that is colored pink. Cleveland Police Officers Ross and Raddell came to the home of the mother of Elvis who did not give not his last name. What the two officers did for Elvis was give him a red bicycle, a red basketball and a police hat from the program Kids For Cops. I know that bullies pick on their victims who cannot fight back, but bothering a teen who happens to ride his sister's bicycle because it is pink makes me scratch my head a lot.
