What do you do when you are anxious about something??

Hi mylotters. Anxiety is such a thing which hits hard anyone at any point in life. Everyone gets anxious about something or the other. However, not everyone is able to handle anxiety well. When I am anxious in life, I try to listen to music and that calms me down or read a book. It's a great stress buster for me. What you people do when you are anxious? Do share.

I write my thoughts. that's how I express myself. and that's how my auntie found out my inner feelings toward her. I hate her when I was a kid because she's so strict to me and she didn't treat me right.

Usually I go to smoke to make me more calm down but since I stop smoking since last desember 2017, usually I go to walk. It makes me calmer and at least handle my anxiety better.

when i feel anxious then i do listen music or yoga or sleep .my mother also help me give me positive thoughts.

When I am anxious about something I usually let it run since I can't control it. Each time when I was in school and I had to get up in front of class, I would just start shaking or moving my legs really fast. I feel like whatever the project was all about, I had to memorized literally everything to pass that project when really we could look at our notes. My mind just starts going crazy I do things without noticing and forget things that I was supposed to mention in the project when I would get up.

Thankfully I don't have that problem as my faith in God relieves a lot of anxieties. I let him handle my concerns.

When I am having an anxiety attack, I just drink a cup of warm lemon water. Then I watch a good movie to divert my attention. It works most of the time. But I am already tired of having this kind of ordeal every now and then.

Whenever i'm anxieux about something, i talk about it to a lot of friends, individualy.. until i bdcome confortable with that thing i was anxious about, and i make sure to repeat the word anxious until it losts all meanings to me. ^^
