Rope Fish

My husband got a rope fish 2 weeks ago. He is pretty cool and comes all the way from Africa. He is able to survive short period of time with some air to make to more water. We have to be careful because he will eat other fish if he isn’t kept well feed. He eats worms mostly and other small animals. He gets feed worms daily. Today we causally caught him getting a worm in the tank. It was pretty cool to see since he isn’t active in the day time he is more active at night. He is getting use to the feeding schedule so he is finally coming out in the day time. Yay for Shenron. He does need another two rope fish which we plan on getting once more show up at the store.
Yeah we did lose a few guppies, and a few shrimp but that’s okay our guppies breed like wild fire so losing some isn’t a big deal and the same with the shrim.

@pgntwo it’s not upside on my side at all. Depending on where your reading it from mylot changes the formats of pictures some times

No! He is pretty easy to keep happy. They do need another rope fish and they do not breed well in tanks so that is good for tank fish. In the wild they breed normally. They love warm temp water and live food so worms are their preferred food but if not feed regularly they will eat our small fish in a tank.
