Paypal - what happened?

Three months before I've reached my threshold limit to get paid from mylot for the first time...yeah after 5000 years of mylotting 
I was ready to receive my pay...but that's where something went wrong...I linked my PayPal account with my mylot account...but I didn't link my PAN card with my PayPal account...i dont know if PAN card exist in countries other than India ... Permanent Account Number (PAN) is something that gets linked to all of your bank accounts, if you got multiple accounts...it is useful when paying the income taxes...but I'm just 20 and I didn't even apply for a PAN card...so I couldn't link my PayPal account... yeah..I just transferred my pay from mylot to PayPal account...and when I opened my PayPal account...booom it just disappeared...I found no traces of my money...I don't even know what happened...I think that it must be because I didn't link my account..and now ive applied for a PAN card...and hoping to get that disappeared pay from my account...and to reach the threshold limit ASAP this time.. I wonder where did it went?

We don´t have that in my country. Maybe you should ask your Bank.

Yeah...I did but they said like to receive money from a foreign country I have to link PAN card...
