yes i think mugging in all forms should be stopped at the school level .

A lot of reformation is required in the field of school education system. As you said it is really pathetic to watch the children mugging at school and at home. Also too many subjects are stuffed at between 8th and 10th Standards (high school). Most of the subjects are irrelevant. Now that everybit of information is available in the internet and through books, things like too much history, history of other countries all should be removed. More attention should be given for personality development, aptitude tests, mathematics, science etc. Unfortuntely the mugging is not helping anyone. Students who mug without understanding any thing, will forget the subject after the exams. Who cares!!

no matter what age, in school or not, mugging should not be allowed.
