This is one of the very first songs that I remember ever hearing from Kenny Chesney. It is the first music video that I remember ever seeing from him. The music video is almost as good as the song. This song was very popular the summer that my then best friend and I went to California and Disney and every time I listen to it I remember that trip. The hours spent in the back of a mini van, and the memories we made on that trip. So, because of that this song always has bittersweet emotions when I listen to it, but that doesn't stop me.

Some of the references Kenny makes are to recent for my high school years, but the essence of the song takes me back to the summer I took driver's ed and began dating my high school girlfriend - who is still one of my best friends.
