ADS everywhere , do they work?

I feel like lately there are so much more ads everywhere than before. Form just regular ads on side that i really dont mind too much, to ads that cut your video and you can skip it, or the worst for me pop up ads that opens in new window. Ads on street, bilboards, posters, papers. Ads in mail. Ads just everywhere. Do they work? Do you find your self checking out product that pops up when you do something else or you just search for thing that you need when you need it?

Some of them work, some are scam or virus.

@JustBhem But I have seen many of just stores and known sites. I think pop up once are usually scam

Sometimes, I find them useful . Especially when they flash bags , shoes and the like. Besides, here it is where myLot gets earning too so they can also give u our earnings. So, I don't mind them when I am here.

No i dont mind them here too, and on simular, but when i enter some other site and its just start poping everywhere, and opening new windows, i really dont like it.
