Circadian rhythm also known as our biological clock which manage our sleep and wake cycle when disturb chronically could result to a number of medical conditions. The problem started back during my exams, i drunk alot of coffee and had'nt sleep sometimes a day, i always can't even concentrate while studying. I want to fix this right now but I don't even know where to start, do you know what kind of remedies what to take or steps did you take in order to resolve the problem? I tried all the internet's recommendation but I still find it not that effective.

I like Rebels suggestion of the real honey. I took some last night and it helped me sleep sounder. Good luck, sorry you are suffering this. I also added the honey to warm milk in a pan.

i forgot to ask my mother to buy me one. it's okay i did it so I suffered the consequences of my own action. Would'nt milk dissolve the honey and it would only act as a sugar.

I think it was your drinking a lot of coffee that disturbed your circadian rythmn. Try taking 2 tablespoonful of pure honey one hour your intended sleeping hour. You do that each night and your circadian rhytm will be back. Update me please if it is effective on you.

Allow the body to come into rythm. Taking meditation might be the solution.

Try meditation and relax your mind before going to bed.
