What is your favorite meal? I'm not sure I can answer that question because I have so many favorites, but here are a few examples:
Curry and rice
Sushi and salad
Any kind of stew with lots of vegetables
Chicken cooked with soy sauce and lemon, or chicken cooked with honey and mustard, plus cooked veggies and rice
There are plenty more because I'm not picky. I just like food.

I like chicken pretty much in any way it is cooked. I have some sweet chilli sauce. Maybe I need to try this.

@petatonicsca Toss it in a little toasted sesame to really top it off.

I like cottage cheese too! I make ricotta cheese (it's easy) and eat it like cottage cheese.

I like spicy foods but they don't always like me, so I only eat spicy foods when not at home, too.

I like chicken curry with plain rice, salmon sashimi, tempura, fried dried fish with scrambled eggs and fried rice, bacon with toasted bread, pancakes with sausage, salmon fish in tamarind broth, and a lot more. I have a big appetite and I am not a picky eater. But I have to watch my food intake these days because of diabetes

I actually have to watch what I eat because of gluten intolerance. That knocks out one of my favorites, wheat bread.
But better missing that than feeling sick.
