Tried to babysit

I have a new app that allows me to be requested for a babysitting job around where I live. I’m allowed to choice yes I can take the job or not I can’t because of schedules with my husband. I went out never worked with this family before. They have a Nanny for their child that’s normal where I live. Their nanny is on vacation the dad was leaving for a business trip and the mom just wanted to clean house and pretend her daughter isn’t there of course her daughter wanted her the whole time. I tried for the best of me to interact and get the little girl to play with me and stuff but she wasn’t having it m. She is 21 months so that is pretty normal for a toddler that doesn’t get their parents enough other then the weekends. I end up leaving early and going home. Not the best babysitting day for me. Today will be better since I’m babysitting for a few short house between parents work and kids coming home from school. I’ve had the kids before in the bast but it’s been like 3 years so hopefully they are good and listen. It’s homework and making sure they don’t get into trouble.
