Hi mylotters. I like seeing you tube videos and I came to know from one video of a youtuber wherein she shared that there are many young people who write to her about how stressed they are in their lives.
It's so ironical nowadays that people are sharing their problems or emotions with total strangers rather sharing it with their families and friends. Everyone is in such a hurry to live life that they don't take it a moment to just stop and enjoy each moment of their lives.
What do you people think about it? Do share

It is easier to share your secrets and especially dark secrets with a stranger. That is what happens in an offline therapy sessions too. But I am not sure of you are getting advice from a reliable source on social media. So I will not call it a real therapy. The advises might be misleading and can worsen your situaiion.

I think for some it the fact that they can tell their problems to a stranger and feel they won't be judged like they would be if they talk to someone they know.

Well, I am that someone sometimes. As much as I wanted to vent out to my family and relatives, I can't. why? Because I am scared of being judged right away.
