Why I'm Going to Continue 'Pre-Washing' My Dishes (tho this video DOES convince me to do it differently)

Basically, I pre-wash my dishes because 'the visible "dirt" hardens onto the dishes' while they're sitting there waiting to be washed. But I WILL pre-wash them with COLD water (to save "the electricity produced by coal-burning").
