Business or job which one you prefer?

Most of us are taught from childhood for study, so that you will get good job, not a good business, here one question arises is there any problem while doing business as for private company or government company all do the business if you cant use your tallent for making money then someone will use your tallent to make money

I guess maybe I looked at this in a different way. I prefer to be my own boss and decide on what I want to do instead of working for someone else. Not sure if I got that right here. Sorry if I did not.
