Right knee got injured in team outing

As i mentioned in my previous discussion that today i went for team outing. We went to one of the resort but that resort was very small and even food was not good. We played cricket in pre-lunch session then after lunch we had played a team game and then we went to swimming pool for ~2 hours. It was very hot today. And when after swimming pool when i came out for cloths change then i find pain in right knee When i came home then i saw that i have swelling in my knee, i kept some pain relief cream and kept the knee band. I am still having pain in my knee. Now i will see the condition in the morning......
