Diamond or Gold? / myLot

I have been fascinated with diamond rings much more than gold ones. I don't have a craze over rings yet would want to have more of diamond ones. My parents likes gold ones. Which one do you love the most? Diamond or gold ones or some other?

If it's a gift both. If I have to buy it, it's gold, for I can't afford diamonds.

Both have resale value obtained easily too, so both are good investments.

I dont use gold very often, I prefer silver but I have both, two diamond rings and several gold ones.

my mother gave me earrings, a necklace with a pendant, and a ring of topaz and also a ring with a small diamond. i think both gems are worthy to be treasured especially if these are given by somebody precious to us
