Today the weather is hot and it’s not really good to stay outside because I can really feel the high temperature’s radiating my skin while taking the short walk. There’s a newly opened snack shop specializes halo-halo so I get inside to order for take-out. Halo-Halo is a popular Filipino cold dessert. Here I’ve got with strawberry ice cream on top. It’s perfect for the hot afternoon. Photo above.

This one tastes good but there are some elements of halo-halo that I'm looking for. Like the ones from my favorite.

Yeah looks very enticing to get at this time. The recent passing of the super typhoon has absorbed all the moisture in that is why we feel the heat the past few days. That’s why I feel like getting one too but I need to control my sugar intake for now and control my cravings.

Yes, we should control or minimize our consumption because it's not good.

@ZedSmart yes especially to those whose fast approaching the golden age and sugar and cholesterol are going out of control.

It is because of the crushed iced.

Wow! I am salivating right now. Can I have some, please? It's been a while since my last Halo Halo experience. Hahaha because you know, I am diabetic, and I am watching my sugar intake. I hope there's such thing as sugar-free Halo Halo.

Yes, things would be very difficult if we already have some restrictions because we need to be very careful of our intake.
