Constipation Problem

Philippines

I don't know what the hell was the problem because I have problem with the dumping. One was last night and the other day before. Well, I thought eating high fiber foods would make it better. Maybe my gut was surprised with eating some chao-fan last night. Looks like I'm going back to eating oat-meals again. I've also been doing some water theraphy too so not sure what's going on.

Perhaps more water intake as well I guess you have to eat more veggies especially those that are green leafy vegetables. Oatmeal is good too but if you have problems with gout and arthritis it is not recommended since it could raise uric acid. Some says papaya can help too. Usually when i eat one the flow seems to be smooth sailing.

Try some prunes if you can find them. They work pretty well to help solve it.

Hello @Courage7 I don't have prunes over here but I have tasted that before. I wonder if that is any different from raisins? I might try that instead.

y@Letranknight2015 g Probiotics like yogurt and other fermented foods, like sauerkraut are helpful. Our digestion needs lactic acid bacteria. They help us to feel a lot better, helps get rid of even depression and other disorders we can have..

Consuming alot of dairy products can cause constipation. Too much calcium can "calcify" your poop. I learned that the hard way...no pun intended...

Hello @Starmaiden Nope I don't drink milk and eat cheese like before. Well, at least now I have learned that from you.

My partner has the same problem as well. He takes biguerlai tea every morning and it works wonders. Not sure though if it works for other people. You can also try eating papaya, and leafy vegetables. And, take 8 glasses of water a day.
