Spirit of the Glass - Is it Real?

I have recently watched a local documentary about this topic : Spirit of the Glass, In the documentary, the hosts spoke to people who do not really believe in this activity but changed their non-belief after doing a spirit of the glass session. Also, the hosts invited two(2) psychics to perform a spirit of the glass session in order to speak to a spirit which is, supposed to be, haunting the house where they performed the session.
I am not really a believer but the documentary seems to be based on real experiences. I am now torn between believing and sticking to not believing.
Can anyone share experiences?

If you want to know if it's real, Why don't you try it yourself. The class will stop moving just by doing a "hail mary" prayer in the middle of the candle light.

@beannieboo That means, as Courage7 have mentioned, there are other beings out there we cannot see. Why cant they manifest themselves to unbelievers like scientists?

I've tried that I mean we me and my friends when we were in college. First we tried spirit of the glass ok then. there is a prayer I think before we proceed. So we asked if there is someone there with us then the glass moved to YES we asked for the name then the glass starts to move again to spell the name and it was a girl/ lady/ woman's name then one of my friends asked her she is beside with whom, then the glass start to move again then spell the name of my friend after that we all shouted and very scared. After I think few days or more we decided to do it again but this we used coin. Would you believe it it was the same spirit we encountered the name and she is still beside my friend. After that, we never did it again my friend became so very scared. Welll, I still don't know if its for real coz maybe one of us is moving the glass and or the coin. Anyway one thing is for sure it gave us unforgettable memories that we always remember everytime we see other.

Yeah, I am leaning more on not believing. But still, its an intriguing matter although I don't think I am going to try it.
