Being an owner of a Pizza Inn in Greenville South Carolina can test your nerves when over half of the employees at that store have special needs. Amanda Cartagine who owns a Pizza Inn restaurant in Greenville South Carolina made waves recently when a customer had an issue with an employee who is autistic failed to do his job of getting a salad bowl filled up since it is not his expertise at the job. The angry customer had a private talk with the manager of the restaurant that some of the employees inside the store have special needs and they needed to be treated with patience. The angry customer than told Amanda to put up a sign outside her store to inform customers that some of her employees that she hires who have special needs will do their jobs to the best of their ability. Just be patient with them. Amanda then placed a sign on the outside of the store that reads "We hire all of God's children." That is one way to get even with a rude customer.

So good of her. Some people can be rude and impatient with anyone.

Just because a person has special needs, it does not give you a license to berate them in public.
