Christmas for my sons 10, 15,

I herd that good people do great things for kids for Christmas. I 'am a single mother just going through divorce with the help of legal aid. I have two sons 10 ,15 who have been through a lot with me the last year, But they never complain. Seems money and food are always a issue, Still know complaints. So with this in mind I really wish something good could brighten the holiday season for them. Please reply and even if you cant help bless you. I would not feel right if did not tell you about our situation more in detail I think its easier to write about bad times than it is to talk about them. My now ex husband and I were together 15 yrs the worst was last year his started gamble with money we needed for the house, things got bad, arguing bills weren't getting paid utilities were getting cut off, no money for food . I tried to hang in there for the family unit but at this time last year I started to feel my kids and I had enough. Christmas last year he promise the kids gifts and told me he was gonna stop. Everything was to gonna be fine. But Christmas came he did give them a little cash he told them to buy something for themselves but by evening he had borrowed the money back and left out to the we argued for weeks over this. Me telling him you just don't do kids like that. so basically they went without Christmas. In Jan my ex husband jumped on me 2 times behind this the 1st time I walked out briefly, but came back cause I didn't want to leave the kids there with him, The 2nd time I called the police and said no more and made him leave. So now I only have a par time job my I try to hold it together it's very hard. But I could not let anything similar happen this Christmas like it did last year.
