Psychedelics not needed!

Have you ever sneezed so hard, or stifled/blocked a sneeze to the effect of feeling like you're "tripping"? I've never experimented with hallucinogens or any other rec drugs, but I have gotten light-headed. Today, I stopped a sneeze to the point of seeing stars. I got dizzy, and thankfully I was sitting as my legs got weak and my whole body tingles for several seconds. I know a sneeze can do this, but this was EXTREME. I enjoyed it after the initial disorientation. Can anyone relate?

I haven't heard that sneeze can do so much. Thank God, I haven't experienced it yet.

Is it healthy to stop a sneeze tho? No I have not experienced that other than actually tripping.

I actually have heard it is unhealthy, yes. Puts pressure in your ears and soon.
