Is there any other way of promoting a certain causes than beauty pageants alone? I know that it’s kind popular and receive so much following from the people but isn’t it too much using the same manner of promoting that cause?
It’s not that I am against it but in my observation there are too many of it nowadays even in international competition not just among women but in men as well with almost the same title and minimal alteration.
Guys, what do you think?

It is a popular one and attracts a lot of people. You can try for on the spot talent shows or some games. It can also be learning some new craft on the spot by paying. We tried it for our fund raising event.

@ZedSmart Others might not be huge crowd puller. We got good crowd and collection through a play show too. Even that attracts people if it is a good show.

I suppose that it takes a bit of everything in life.
I am not against the Contests either as long as they are fun and not taken too seriously.
There are races here and such like but not very often.
Bike Races are almost always on television only.

There are more things going on in the South of this Country than here.
They tend to celebrate things between themselves and not with other people.

@ZedSmart yes that's true, actually beauty pageants are more enticing... so it means it is easier to get money.
