Brazilian Politician backing out of Paris agreement

There are certain things in place between Paris and Brazil which not only effect them but perhaps the whole planet. How is it that way you might ask. There is a politician who is wanting to cut down the rain forest in Brazil after backing out of the Paris climate agreement. It is not just beauty he would be destroying but creating danger to the planet.
