Have you ever gotten a tattoo?

Hello!! Tonight i was quite curious if any of you have ever had any tattoos, or possibly want to get one in the future?
I personally have not had any tattoos but i have had some ideas! Let me share them with you.
I thought about getting a tattoo of an avocado, possibly on my ankle, for my dad.
I also thought about getting a gemini zodiac symbol on my wrist or arm, because, of course, i am a gemini!
I also like the thought of a semicolon on the wrist, although quite popular, it has a good meaning behind it.
Lastly, I am a big fan of Ariana Grande (hence my profile picture) & as she has quite a few tattoos on her hands, i have thought about getting some tattoos similar to hers or inspired by her.
So, I want to know, do you have any tattoos? Have you ever thought about getting a tattoo? What tattoos would you like to get?
Do you like the idea of tattoos, or are you not a fan of them?

Thanks for your comment! I too was not a big fan of tattoos for awhile but I have grown to be more fond of them. It is a form of art, after all.

I also don't like them at first hence why I'm still tattooless until now but I am planning to have an ink one day.

me too! not so much of a fan of tattoos but I guess it won't hurt so much having 2-3 meaningful tattoos.

I haven't but I am planning to have one, must be a meaningful tattoo and not all those super big and ugly ones.

I think it is great that you are planning to have a tattoo. I agree that the tattoo must be meaningful. I also don't like really big tattoos, I am a more minimalist kind of person.

I don't prefer to have permanent tattoos but I live temporary tattoos.

I respect your opinion. I think that the tattoo must be meaningful to you, and i don't really like big tattoos as a lot of the times you may end up regretting them/ they may look ugly.
I guess in the end, it is your choice.
I think most little tattoos are beautiful, especially if they have a good meaning behind them.

I don't have any tattoos, nor am I likely to get one. However, I did a lot of reading on why people get tattoos when researching them in regard to a character in one of my unfinished manuscripts and developed a whole new appreciation for the art. Now, when I meet someone with a really well-done tat, I politely ask them if they would like to tell me the story behind it. Never once has anyone refused to talk to me about their ink.

I have no tats and never intend on getting any.
