Doc or maseur?

Few years back I got bad leg injury, knee more precisely. I tore my leg but everything was fixed without operation but I needed stop playing football. Last week my knee started hurting me at same place and similar pain like in injury. Sometimes I can barely stand up or drive a car (manual transmission so I need to press clutch). Do you think I should go to doc to check or masseur just for relaxing muscles and nerves in leg? Image source:

I think you need to consult with a doctor and he may suggest you for an x-ray .

I will probably do so. Maybe I will need some X ray footage.

May it is better that you see a doctor first. He will recommend what laboratory will be done to see what's ailing your leg.

I prefer going to a doctor. But for muscle pain, sometimes it is nice to have a massage.

@mrki444 How about a chiropractor? I go to the doctor and also discuss if something happens again that I injured with my physical therapist too. I have tried many things and they did not work. I have not gone to a chiropractor here but did in the States. I stick to my doctor and my physical therapist.

I don't think it needs to be done, because you can also massage yourself to relax your leg muscles
