Do you think I should have to reward my husband because his work has appreciation week?
I feel as my husband wife that I do not have to reward him doing his job. What would that even do? I don’t think it would motivate him to keep working hard. It’s not me has to prove to it’s not me he has to satisfy at work. It’s his bosses, and his coworkers that he has prove to.
When I feel he has done something for me at home then I’ll reward him but it won’t be every time he does because him doing things for me to me for him is what we are suppose to do for each other. No rewards given or need that is what a relationship is. It isn’t about reward each other for the things they are suppose to do. A compliment is just as good as a gift and it’s for free.

I agree. Work appreciation is for the work that he does at work.

Yep! This week for the 3 days he worked he got a shirt, candy and pizza. He only works 3 days a week 12 hour shifts.

Thank you! I believe their is a time
For when I’ll give him a gift when it’s needed.
