Devotees who offer puja in Spring temple at Teerth in Indonesia are required to wear special cloth. It is required when they offer puja in the temple. There is a hot spring where devotees can take holy bath. People from different parts of the world including Australia, India, Europe, Canada come to offer puja here.

Thanks Manuela Lopes, the hot spring water falls automatically for geographic reasons. Taking bath in the hot spring water is considered holy.

Thanks Fly One, Holy water means the hot spring water. Travellers and devotees who offer puja in the temple are expected to take bath in that water.
