Hi mylotters. As you know I am from Surat, Gujarat. Surat is very famous for yummy food. One of the special sweet dish is Ghari. It is a Gujarati sweet dish from Surat, Gujarat, India. The Ghari is made of puri batter, milk Mawa, ghee and sugar made into round shapes with sweet filling, to be consumed on Chandani Padva Festival. Ghari is available in many varieties and flavours like pistachio, almond elaichi, almond pista etc.
