Positive VS. Negative

Whyyyyyyyyyy is it so difficult to be positive? Seriously .... How does positive thoughts come to us later or instead we are negative way before actually thinking enough to being positive.. I mean that is just what I’ve noticed these past few days. What do you guys think ?? !!!! -CJ

You can't have two emotions at the same time. So the choice of being happy or miserable is a matter of attitude. Do you look at a half filled glass of water as half full or half empty?

No ..I meant to say that people tend to show more of their negative side USUALLY .. lol
