Kojagori Laxmipuja is celebrated by numerous Hindus in India. It happens on full moon day. Goddess Laxmi is offered rice, fruits, sweets of coconut like naru, moya and flowers. There are mantras which are chanted. Goddess Laxmi is the Goddess of wealth. The rooms are cleaned and good rangoli with colours are given on the floors.

I was surprised by a Muslim neighbor who came with narikel naru to our house. In fact, these round coconut cookies have become popular among all people.
