After a long time!

My friend and I had thought that we would consume junk less and will have once in a month together . So yesterday we went to a cafe and had Pizza, Pasta, burger and Shake. It felt so good after having junk after so long. We now have decided to have it together the next year. I hope we will keep this commitment alive.

This is a very good idea! I too have only a few times a year to go to McDonalds to get a Happy Meal every now and then. Happy Meals are just right for me. I go to just about 3-4 times a year to fast foods restaurants too. I eat more fruits and veggies at home too. Cut down on sugar intake and get good results at my doctor's visits! Hoooray for us!

@shubhu3 Just right and enough to eat too with a very good price too. Have you tried Wendy's 4 for $4? I see the commercials, but the Wendy's I know of is kind of out of the way to get to, unlike McDonalds and Burger King.

Yes, it's okay to have a cheat day once in a while. Just don't overdo it on your cheat days. Once a month is quite reasonable.

Some change from routine life always give us pleasure. Eating junk food everyday is not good for health but eating it for some time is not bad.

It's okay to spoil yourself sometimes, Shubhu. I am diabetic but I still eat some of my favorite food once or twice a month. Life is short. Just enjoy it while you still can.
