Which social amenities should be very free in your country

The government is supposed to give the masses social amenities for free but unfortunately even with payment of taxes we still pay bills for these facilities from light, water, gas, Heater, good roads etc. I wish amongst all we could have light and water totally free. What would want to see very free in your country?

A free wifi. What about solar panels to power all of our country. LOL (Who knows if much of our money is channeled to that, could it be possible?)

Free wifi would be nice, but my struggle is butane gas.

@Berrygal It's really expensive, no telling how much we will be out of this winter.
