Don't Always Believe Those Natural Gas Ads

I have to have a laugh after Hurricane Michael did major damage a few counties over from where I live over the Natural Gas ads that boast if you have Natural Gas you can have hot water or baths or cook in the event of disaster and power failure. Not if the storm does damage to the natural gas pipes too, It was funny like I mentioned in a previous post that where my brother-in-law aunt lives after the storm they got electrical power first (though some areas in the same region are waiting for them to rebuild the power grid in the same area) but the gas lines in the area were damaged and so they were without hot water to bathe and had to improvised when it came to cooking since they had a gas range. So I will be laughing at those ads when I see them as their boasting after major disasters are not true as no power grid is immune to "Mother Nature".

No power grid is immune to Mother Nature, although we have had luck with our propane gas and the generator, of course. I hope your BIL's aunt is safe and doing well.

@elizaby I laughed when I read your title and thought you were going to write about the other sort of natural gas. Then I read it and realised what you were really talking about.

You can't believe everything you see or read.
