Mini gym update #11

This morning was another crisp one to bundle up from the cold. I woke up bright and early this morning when it was dark outside. It was nice and pleasant to take another dip in the heated pool for water aerobics and have a good workout. And now it's a cold and rainy evening along with a rainy weekend. So glad I don't have Friday yoga at this time, or I would be passing on it, since it's 60% and higher.
Last night it was another bundled up to walk to yoga and warmed up in class. Once again, it was pretty close of being half-full with no new yogis. No word on Amanda yet. But here's what we've done in class last night in no particular order:
6 Arm Raises and Leg Raises (3x/leg)
3 Intense Body Stretches
2 Pigeon Poses (1x/side) and 1 Firelog Pose
4 Side Planks (2x/side) and 2 Gate Poses (2x/side)
4 Big Toe Poses (2x/side) and Down Dogs
2 Bridge Poses-one with 6 Leg Raises (3x/side)
1 Legs Up the Wall Pose and 1 Happy Baby Pose
I think that's about all I can remember. My friend Nancy, who I know from church and now goes to yoga with me, took me home last night as my ride. She also did the same for me last week. So I'm glad she's going to yoga (and maybe the Wednesday one in two weeks) and be my ride for now.

Me too. She's real nice. I do miss Amanda, but I'm glad I have her on cold fall evenings.
