Walk - Jog - Walk.

Hello everyone. It is Sunday morning here now (6:15AM). I just finished my walk. And I am tire but happy because I elevated my routine of walking only to walk-jog-walk. I started with walking and then on the next street I will jog as much as I can and then go back to walking again. It is a bit difficult for me because of my weight and comes with the weight are some knee and ankle pains. Though tolerable I still am careful as I do not want injury. I am hopeful that it will progress to a much longer time of jogging than walking. How are you today?

I can understand . Be cautious and do as much as you can handle too. I have to go for a walk too.

Brisk walking will be good enough if it's tough for you to jog.

I do the walk jog walk, the dogs love it, its like a game for them for me to run a block and walk ablock.

Oh I had my early morning walk today. I bought bread and noodles along the way. It was a good time because it wasn't too sunny and I got to talk with a few people from my neighborhood. Good to know you're able to incorporate jogging into your routine now.
