One of my favourite Indian dessert is Kaju Katli! Yummy!!

Hi mylotters. As you know that I have a sweet tooth so I love to eat sweets a lot. One of my all time favourite Indian dessert is Kaju Katli. Its made amazingly well in Surat in one most popular sweet shop named Babubhai Sweets.
Its a diamond shaped sweet along with silver work on its surface which is eatable. Its made with cashews, sugar and liquid glucose. Its yummy. I like it a lot. They make varieties of kaju katlis with different variations.

How much percentage of this cake is cashew nuts ?
I know therer are vegan kinds of cheese that are made of nuts, they taste really good. Nuts are awsome and healthy, even if they contain fats. I personally like a pie with nuts, or to just buy nuts and eat them: whole nuts, pekans, coconuts, brazil nuts (must eat only 1 per day), chest nuts, macademia nuts...
Any other nuts out there I forgot ?

I also like to eat all kinds of sweets. I like the shape of the dessert in the picture. It must be delicious.
