No Connection.

Hello everyone.
I woke up today with no connection on our internet and even the landline. My husband already noticed this last Saturday with our landline. There were times that there was no dial tone.
Ugh.
I hope they will be able to fix it today.
I am trying to have a good Monday morning evrn without internet. I am using now my smart phone and its connection.

oh, like us here. i made a complaint on PLDT wall on FB and i was responded by (maybe) an automated response. still no dial tone but we have internet connection.

And even the customer service now are fully automated and there is no chance you will be abke to speak to a live costumer service representative. It happened before last year of August. It took them 3-5 days before they were able to fix the problem

@rakski ours is already 3 weeks of no dial tone. the technician is still not coming

It is inconvenient, and slightly annoying, when the internet does not want to work.

What are we going to do when technically fails us. I mean we use it for everything and I really do believe that it's going to crash because they are pushing it to fast.

@rakski Yes it would, and I don't know if it will or would happen in are life time but I really think something big is going to happen and the stock market is dropping as well.

There seems to be a rush of this service interruption from many telco and internet providers lately. I too got problem last Friday too. We noticed that early Friday there was no internet since we are all going to work we did not bother reporting it and hoping that by the time we get home it will be ok. But Friday night when we came home we still do not have an internet signal. So I called them up and their customer service agent went to help us from their end if they could but it did not do anything right so he reported it to have my line checked. So the rest of the night we were offline. The next day Saturday we were glad that their services were restored back again. It was slow still but I think that they are bearable than no internet service at all.

Fortunately, we are also able to surf the Internet by smartphones, otherwise how unbearable it is to have no Internet.
