Only three more days and Halloween will be here and can you imagine that afterward November begins. Does anyone know what happened to October? The month of November derives from the Latin word novem meaning nine. In the ancient Roman calendar, this was the ninth month of the year. Its Zodiac signs are Scorpio and Sagittarius. The flower of the month is the chrysanthemum and the birthstone the topaz. It also gives me the opportunity to introduce my next autumn song “November Rain” by Guns N’ Roses. The song was written by their lead singer Axel Rose and released in 1992. It is on their third studio album Use Your Illusion which came out in 1991. This song has an interesting orchestral background and is one of their longest songs. Do you have any birthdays to celebrate in November? Do you like this song?
