NO! It’s Just potato because sweet potato is not available (wrong timing).
I would have loved it and that’s really what on my mind to order.
And because it is not available, I ended up with the potato salad as replacement of my order.
I still enjoyed this serving of potato salad. The taste is just right.
When it comes to this kind of preparation, I like more the taste of sweet potato because of its creaminess and variety. Whatever the preparation of sweet potato is, I would like it even if it is simply a boiled one knowing that it is good for our body. I sometimes put butter in it. Boiled sweet potatoes are also good to partner with “lechon” (roasted pig).
Do you like to eat sweet potato?

I like sweet potato as it is and not as a salad though I have not yet tried it in lechon. Hmm, potato is more expensive than sweet potato.

Haven't seen that kind of salad. That's interesting. Buko salad is my favorite.

I love sweet potatoes, they have become more and more available in Germany through the last years. I prefer them as fries. SO yummy!
